Additional information
MOH inspectors will obtain food samples during inspection for submission to SROS for testing.
However in the case of fish exports, some importing countries may not require a Histamine test result conducted by SROS. Therefore a Health Certificate will be issued if the exporter meets the required standard fo , storage temperature, number, weight and species of fish being exported.
